Summary: Seeking a Finance Representative II with experience in customer service, financial systems, and case management systems.
Requirements:
Basic experience with Windows
Hands-on experience with MS Office 2010 Applications, Microsoft Edge, and Outlook
Basic experience with Dell & HP laptops and desktop computers
Customer service experience (e.g., call center, service-oriented, retail customer service, medical office, financial services, bank tellers, IT Service Desk)
2 years of relevant experience or a college degree with no work experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense processes, and IT
Experience with case management systems (Service Now) and knowledge base systems
Experience with enterprise-level financial systems including PeopleSoft Enterprise Helpdesk
Experience in a finance shared service or call center environment preferred
Responsibilities:
Answer customer or vendor inquiries using multiple computer programs
Field and receive customer inquiries for administrative issues and questions
Provide high-quality customer care by collecting information from the customer/vendor and performing moderately complex transactions
Retrieve answers in a knowledge base or financial systems; document/tracking service in a case management system; write notes/emails to complete service; file documents electronically
Work as a team member performing various tasks across Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and IT
Create cases for handling issues and escalate to other provider groups as needed
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
