We are currently looking for a Finance Reporting Accountant to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
Key responsibilities:
Financial Data Consolidation: Responsible for CFIN/HFM consolidation of global/regional financial data and chart of accounts.Data Review and Accuracy: Ensure accurate business reporting and balanced schedule zero for all entities, reviewed by Corporate and Business Analysts.Guidance and Expertise: Provide guidance and functional expertise to ensure quality and accuracy in accounting/financial processes.Internal Controls and Audits: Execute internal control activities and participate in internal/external financial audits.Training and Systems Guidance: Provide guidelines and training on financial systems, data flows, and reporting; identify and address training needs.Cross-functional support and ownership: Lead and resolve complex functional matters, engage in continuous improvement initiatives, and manage master data.Key requirements:
Education: University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in various transactional accounting areas; experience with Finance systems and/or General Ledger is desired.Financial Knowledge: Good understanding of Financial Statements.Technical Skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, team player, disciplined, proactive, customer-focused, result-oriented, and adaptable.
