We are seeking a skilled Finance Reporting Analyst to join our Financial Data Reporting Office You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, HR, and others to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven insights.
• Formulate proposals for improvement and communicate the value of those proposals to stakeholders.
• Act as trusted consultant to stakeholders across the business to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on complex datasets across Finance and other internal organizations. Identify key trends and uncover root causes of data anomalies.
• Tell a story using data. Translate data findings into meaningful and concise reporting content. Enable stakeholders to use this content to make informed business decisions.
• Develop strong internal business partnerships across Finance and other orgs that consume financial data or KPI’s.
• Partner with internal developers and FDRO Data Analytics team to utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
What You'll Need
• Proven track record of analyzing, understanding, and questioning the status quo.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics/Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years high-level data analysis experience required; must be able to visualize and interpret data.
• Data regression modeling and forecasting experience preferred.
• Experience using a Business Intelligence tool to create meaningful reports. Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, Alteryx, etc.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an appreciation for the relationship between data quality, key performance indicators, and the Company’s success.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary
$81,000 - $95,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
