JOB PURPOSE
The Financial Reporting Analyst role is essential for driving strategic financial decisions through comprehensive analysis and reporting. By delivering accurate financial insights and enhancing reporting processes, this role supports the organization’s financial health and growth.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The Financial Reporting Analyst supports the month-end closing process, preparing periodic financial reports, and assisting with forecasting and ad hoc analyses. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales department to analyze performance, monitoring investments, and supporting the annual planning process with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Main responsibilities/tasks:
Support the month-end closing process and prepare periodic reports, including sales data and cost analysis.
Assist with monthly forecasts and other ad hoc financial analyses.
Collaborate with the sales department to analyze channel performance, discounts, promotional campaigns, and their profitability.
Analyze and provide recommendations on investments in marketing, distribution, and other direct business expenses.
Support the annual planning process by providing financial scenarios and modeling for new products, customer investments, and innovations.
Coordinate the review of the product price list on behalf of the financial department.
Provide additional financial analysis as requested by organizational partners.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of finance experience, in in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting
University Degree, studies in Finance are an advantage
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
Fluency in English and Romanian
