The Head of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Operations is responsible for the oversight of the daily FTP production processes including Interest Rate Transfer Pricing (ITP) and Liquidity Transfer Pricing (LTP).
The incumbent also leads the strategy and execution of the target state direction for processes, technology, controls, and organizational structure required to deliver an efficient and effective daily production process of FTP results and metrics.
Reporting into the Treasury Chief Administrative Officer, the leader in this role will be entrusted with overseeing a global workforce comprising of approximately 100 professionals, responsible for designing and executing a plan to successfully deliver transfer pricing information in a consistent and timely way. In this role, effective collaboration with various stakeholders across Treasury and the broader Finance function is imperative. This entails working closely alongside key stakeholders from different disciplines including Business Units.
The Head of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Operations will assume the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
+ Daily production processes supporting ITP and LTP and other transfer pricing reports and metrics.
+ Be the senior representative interfacing with Citi’s primary regulatory agencies (FRB, OCC and FDIC) and Citi senior management, through periodic and ad-hoc updates
+ Analytics and variance analysis of movements in Transfer pricing metrics and results, including the analysis and engagement with business on variance explanation
+ Working with data organizations on the impact assessment of data concerns
+ Providing oversight and input on the data concerns impacting Transfer Pricing
+ Design and execution of Transfer pricing target operating model
+ Responsibility for establishing metrics and reporting that provide transparency into the efficacy of the daily production processes and the material accuracy of the daily results
**Successful Candidates Will Possess:**
+ Experience managing globally dispersed teams and navigating a matrix global organization
+ Leadership skills to influence and manage key senior stakeholder and regulators
+ Experience leading transformation efforts.
+ Proven track record in issue resolution, process improvement and regulatory engagement
+ Ability to build relationships within the Finance organization as well as with key partners in Internal Audit, Compliance and other control functions
+ An analytical in approach, ability to problem solve in a complex environment with a solution focused mindset to drive outcomes.
+ Ability to work in a high-energy environment leading team with daily duties
+ Willingness to proactively collaborate with partner organizations to drive firm-wide outcomes
+ Experience with building and leading high performing teams
+ Influential communication skills
**Basic Qualifications:**
-At least 15 years of experience in Finance or regulatory reporting
-Bachelor’s degree
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Treasury, with specific knowledge of Asset Liability Management and Funds Transfer Pricing
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments and treasury best practices
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced /deadline-oriented environment
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
