**About the Role**
As a CBRE BSO Client Accountant, you will be responsible for the reporting and overall co-ordination of the accounting activities for the Global Workplace Solutions Client. The Client Accountant will be a member of the Finance Team.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Prepare Billing Requests third party expenses elements, payroll, management fee.
+ Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations (bank reconciliations, creditors, prefunds).
+ Prepare and book following journals in corporate & client ERPs according to the month end close calendar: Supplier payments; Bank charges; Subcontractors costs.
+ Intercompany funds transfers between client and corporate bank accounts.
+ Manage cash: monitor Client dedicated bank accounts; request cash receipt allocation; prepare Third Party Supplier payment list; prepare transfers between client and corporate accounts, prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
+ Analyse debt – monitor unpaid sales invoices, prepare debt report and share it with Client Finance Team.
+ Liaise with relevant CBRE finance team in order to maintain proper information flow and effective communication; P2P team; Client Finance Team; Operational Team.
+ Examine, and analyze accounting records in corporate ERPs and financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Support, investigate and follow up on any Client, finance and audit related queries.
+ Deliver process efficiencies by developing tools for automation in cooperation with the Business Process Excellence/Reporting Teams.
+ Review and update process documentation, playbooks and guidelines.
+ Support in system migration, changes & testing.
+ Prepare any other /additional requested task given by Finance Analyst and Line Manager during a month
**What You'll Need:**
+ 5-7 years of equivalent professional experience
+ Good accounting knowledge is a must
+ Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance will be an advantage
+ Excellent Excel data manipulation skills and experience in manipulation of large volumes of data
+ Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another language is an advantage;
+ Good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint;
+ Ability to work alone and as part of a team;
+ Attention to detail and flexibility in approach to work;
+ Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment and to multitask to meet key deadlines;
+ Exposure/experience in work in global environment (ability to work European working hours);
+ Experience in Real Estate field would be an advantage.
