Responsibilities The Opportunity Support SellEx Director & Team to deliver the Selling Expense agenda for a specific region, account or Finance teams’ requirements. Your Impact As a Procurement Finance Sr. Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Functional Responsibilities Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions. Provide insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem-solving and business-improvement recommendations. Manage reporting and analysis processes, including periodic reporting, forecast analysis, and review deck preparation. Lead strategic plan and AOP development, including analysis and preparation of decks. Provide counsel to a broad range of senior leaders on forecasting and analysis. Perform period-close activities, working closely with the Controller’s group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations (especially with zone teams). Develop and retain top-tier finance professionals through appropriate training, thought leadership, timely feedback, and mentoring. Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and regional performance. Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as needed. Create an inclusive and collaborative environment. People Responsibilities Potentially manage a team of 3–5 people (spanning multiple levels). Coach and onboard new team members in processes and ways of working. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience Experience managing a P&L 3+ years of experience in finance and planning Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP.
