The position provides financial/business planning, reporting and analysis support to the Abbott Corporate Functions. **What You'll Do:** + Coordinate planning and consolidation activities for LBEs, monthly close and Cash Flow reporting across all Corporate functions. Liaison between Corp Functions FP&A and CFP&A + System Administrator of the Corporate Functions Planning and Reporting system (FPACorp). Facilitate development and improvement of management reporting systems. + Establish, maintain, and control financial planning processes to deliver meaningful and comprehensive Plans and LBEs, assuring compliance with Corporate requirements. + Play a leadership role in identifying trends/risks/opportunities in P&L, Cash Flow, and Capital forecasts. + Preparation and consolidation of Quarterly LBE Reviews with Senior Leadership + Manage the yearly Topside / Product Cost allocation process, including gathering all inputs, putting together financial analysis and presentations for Senior Leadership, and communicating to all impacted divisions + Involved in new hire onboarding including granting system access, along with training for FPACorp and SAP + Ad hoc financial analysis - development and reporting of key expense trends, financial and operating metrics which support strategy and business operations **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred + 4+ years of business analysis/FP&A experience + 4+ years data mining/manipulation and data validation skills, and data reporting + Sales finance and/or marketing finance experience strongly recommended + Strong communication skills - oral, written, and interpersonal + Ability to present financial data and concepts to management and non-financial personnel + Advanced proficiency with financial systems and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Salesforce.com, Qlikview Applications) + Minimal to no travel required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + CPA/MBA preferred Learn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: www.abbottbenefits.com Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life. The base pay for this position is $85,300.00 – $170,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
