Finance Systems Manager
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fund Services Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Partner with IT to execute finance systems strategies and roadmaps, simplifying processes and enhancing system capabilities.
Oversee ERP platform operations and upgrades, ensuring scalability for future needs while maintaining data accuracy and implementing changes efficiently.
Act as the primary interface between Fund Services, Mercer Technology, Project Teams, and Admin Operations, providing high-level technical support and analysis on finance systems and processes.
Manage and maintain financial systems and key interfaces, ensuring ongoing improvements and effective documentation of accounting processes and data flows.
Drive strategic direction for regulatory reporting in collaboration with various teams, enhancing automation and efficiency in reporting solutions.
What you need to have:
Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems and a minimum of 10 years in ERP management.
Strong background in Accounting, Superannuation, and Technology, with the ability to manage interfaces and provide technical support.
Excellent collaboration skills, with a focus on building relationships between IT and Finance to achieve strategic objectives.
Ability to step into a managerial role, demonstrating leadership potential and a commitment to succession planning.
