Purpose:

As a Finance Systems Support Analyst, you will provide comprehensive financial systems support to all UPMC users of financial applications. You will be involved in system maintenance, support, development, enhancements, upgrade activities, and hospital integrations.

Location and Work Schedule:

This position will be based out of the US Steel Tower in Pittsburgh, PA. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, with some days in the office and some days working from home each week.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Knowledge: Develop and maintain an expert level of functional knowledge of the financial applications. Training Collaboration: Collaborate on the development and delivery of training programs for various applications. Issue Resolution: Resolve and document application support issues efficiently. Hospital Integrations: Participate in hospital integrations, including establishing work plans, policies, and procedures. Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into system functional requirements and assist senior team members with complex projects. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers. System Upgrades: Participate in financial system upgrades to ensure systems are current. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation of system and operational procedures. Systems Support: Provide robust systems support for UPMC users of financial management applications. Project Participation: Lead or participate in the implementation of new applications, including planning, development, testing, and conversion activities. Research and Coordination: Research new system functionalities and coordinate with operational areas to align business processes with system capabilities.
