Our client is seeking a Finance Transformation, Integration Manager to join their team. As a Finance Transformation, Integration Manager, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the Finance Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving organizational change, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Finance Transformation, Integration Manager (Hybrid)
**Location:** Calgary, AB or Sarnia, ON
**Job Description:**
+ Deliver key milestones by executing Phase 1 of the Finance Transformation roadmap, focusing on process optimization and technology implementation.
+ Achieve measurable outcomes such as a 20-30% reduction in month-end close time and a 10-15% reduction in cost to serve.
+ Partner with the CFO, Finance Leadership, IT leadership, and business leaders to align transformation initiatives with broader enterprise objectives.
+ Engage cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and alignment on priorities.
+ Collaborate with IT to deploy automation tools and enhance SAP systems in conjunction with modernization efforts.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
+ Proven ability to lead finance transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
+ Background in finance operations, project management, or transformation roles.
+ Knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA) and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
