THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Manager, Finance Transformation, you will drive technology adoption across various critical business processes. In this position, you will work directly with our finance shared services teams to continuously improve our administrative processes, increase governance of certain self-service IT tools, and develop and manage a self-service IT tool training program. Your focus will be on streamlining operations, reducing manual tasks, and reducing risk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strong candidates are motivated by what they can achieve, growth they could experience and how they will impact the company.Manage governance program within finance shared services, surrounding use of self-service IT tools to reduce risk, including adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, such as SOX.Implement standards and best practices for the use of self-service IT tools within finance shared services.Develop monitoring process to ensure usage of self-service tools is in accordance with governance framework and company policies.Facilitate performance of general IT controls surrounding Alteryx server, including periodic access reviews and change management.Collaborate with internal audit to develop continuous internal audits using the self-service IT tools.Manage interaction with external auditors with respect to the use of self-service tools in financial audits.Implement and manage automation solutions using Alteryx, Power BI and other tools, to streamline processes within the finance shared-services departments.Serve as the main point of contact for the Self-Service IT team to department engagement, training, and empowerment for data quality assurance & implementations.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on Chipotle’s overall strategy for the use of self-service IT tools.Develop and lead continuous training program to deliver appropriate training to beginner, intermediate and advanced users of self-service IT tools.Lead training sessions for team members on new automation tools and processes including, but limited to, scheduling, organizing, and engaging across Finance for vendor & in house sessions.Consult with shared services teams to walkthrough processes to identify and implement process improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required.Preferred degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or Data Analytics5-8 years of experience in business related functions focused on process enhancement required.Certifications in Alteryx (Designer) and PowerBI (Data Analyst) required (or in the process of obtaining). Possess excellent analytical, quantitative, written and verbal communication skillsBe comfortable presenting to and communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.Advanced with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.CPA preferred

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $112,000.00–$155,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
