Apply advanced accounting knowledge in the preparation of a variety of complex financial transactions and reports. Answer questions, resolve accounting related issues and provide guidance or information as requested. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance. - Three to five years of accounting work experience. An equivalent level of education and/or experience is acceptable. - ERP Accounting Systems – Intermediate proficiency. Preferred Education and Experience: - Experience in Accounts Receivables and Higher Education - Ability to work independently, including task coordination and decision making, as well as in a team environment - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in advanced functions of the full Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel - A successful candidate must be a self-starter, who is detail oriented, has the ability to meet deadline-oriented tasks, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and analytical skills.
