Job DescriptionThe Financial Accounting department of Robert Bosch UK & IE in Denham are a team with responsibility for a wide and varied range of accounting, general ledger, compliance, tax and treasury activities. We aim to provide a high level of satisfaction to our customers as well as an enjoyable and supportive yet challenging, environment in which to work.
The purpose of the role is to ensure reporting deadlines are achieved in a busy environment and workload is prioritised accordingly to achieve the highest standard of work which involves technical accounting knowledge.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting:
Management of month end processes and reporting for Robert Bosch Ireland Ltd (RBIE)Ownership of the Balance Sheet including the reconciliation process using BlacklinePreparation of GR/IR quarterly write back & reporting.Preparation of IFRS year-end pack for RBIE and supporting the team, where required, with year-end reporting tasks.Preparation of Interim Financial Statements reporting pack for RBIE and supporting the team, where required, with quarterly reporting tasks.Providing timely response to auditors’ requests during IFRS and local UK GAAP auditsPreparation of CF02/09 reporting packsTaxation:
Coordination (TP officer role) and completion of Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation.Preparation and submission of VAT returns, RTD returns.Preparation and submission of Enhanced Reporting Requirements (ERP) via ROSMonthly Tax Compliance ChecksPreparation and submission of EC salesCompletion of annual Corporation Tax requests for RBIE (IFRS and local GAAP)Netting Coordination:
