Our Business, Construction, and Facilities Department Office Financial Operations Section is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Financial Administrator for a short-term project. 
Responsibilities:Manage invoicing for end-of-year fiscal processingManage approvals for invoicesData EntryReview purchase orders, invoices, and spreadsheets for completeness and accuracy,Maintain confidentiality Basic Hiring Criteria:High school diploma or equivalentMust be a U.S. Citizen due to work location requirementsTwo or more years of experience in office administration Experience in accounting and working with spreadsheetsMust have strong attention to detailMust have strong communication skillsStrong personal computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft ExcelWillingness to work independently and collaboratively as appropriate
