Management and reporting of expensesEnsure accurate compilation and reporting on key expenses and metrics related to business operations to ensure an accurate capturing of expenses.Conduct a variety of financial administrative processes and tasks to assist in the effective running of processes, these tasks include but are not limited to:Ensure purchase orders are raised and receipted timeously.Extracting, compiling and analysing of information for the budgeting, forecasting and monthly processes.Resolving ad hoc queries relating to purchase orders with vendorsLoading of new vendorsAssist with the administration of key contracts with suppliers to ensure an effective and ongoing relationship with the suppliers.Ensures accounting and financial policies and practices are adhered to. Provide support and assist Head of Finance and accountants with day to day functionsWorking with external and internal auditors on auditsManagement of accrualsManagement foreign payment process including foreign payment reconciliationsManaging petty cash floatManaging project management timesheet processAssist with monthly cash flow forecastingEnsure POS billing completed timeously and accurately
