Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years of work experience providing investment guidance and advice to clients. Must be able to demonstrate a superior record of sales achievement while maintaining high ethical standards.Degrees such as an MBA, CFP, CHLU or CHFC preferred.Licenses/Certifications: FINRA licenses 7 and 66, or 7 and 63 and 65 as well as appropriate state insurance licenses required.Skills and Abilities:
Ability to effectively communicate and coach while responding to all customer inquiries in an efficient mannerSuperior sales skills and have a command of all aspects of investment and insurance products including mutual funds and annuitiesThorough understanding of economic principles and compliance standardsVery strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communicationSuperior knowledge of financial analysis, risk evaluation, loan documentation.Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.Strong relationship management and negotiation skillsAbility of using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Attention to detail, being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.Strong social orientation, preferring to work with others rather than alone, and being personally connected with others on the job.Diversity & EEO Statements:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
