Hire Resolve is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Financial Advisor for our client based in Pretoria. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for financial planning and providing tailored financial solutions to clients.

Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, offering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. Assess clients’ financial needs and goals to create customised solutions. Stay informed about financial markets, investment products, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice. Conduct regular reviews of clients’ portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals. Collaborate with the team to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the industry.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or as a financial advisor. Previous experience with bank brokers or reputable advisory firms. Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CFP, RE5) are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
