To learn more visit becu.org/careers. **PAY RANGE** The Target Pay Range for this position is $62,800.00-$76,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $48,700.00 - $90,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. **BENEFITS** Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. You will provide tailored advice on everything from investment strategies to retirement planning, building trust and lasting relationships with clients. With a focus on high standards and ethical conduct, your role will not only help members achieve their financial goals but also contribute to BECU’s ongoing mission of financial empowerment and success. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** **:** + **Provide Expert Financial Advice:** Offer comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, ranging from routine to highly complex situations, tailored to each member’s needs. + **Manage Client Portfolios:** Maintain and grow client portfolios while meeting individual production goals, ensuring that all recommendations align with the member’s best interests. + **Assess Investment Suitability:** Determine and document the suitability of investment recommendations based on each member’s risk tolerance and financial situation, ensuring all advice aligns with their goals. + **Sales & Marketing Strategy:** Develop and execute a Sales & Marketing program to drive new business. Network with assigned ESC branches to increase awareness of financial services and educate members on available offerings. + **Deliver Exceptional Service:** Provide excellent member service by servicing existing clients, conducting periodic reviews, and ensuring client satisfaction in alignment with BECU’s high standards. + **Maintain Compliance & Records:** Keep accurate and compliant client records in accordance with federal and state regulations, as well as BECU’s internal policies and procedures. + **Ensure Regulatory Adherence:** Obtain OSJ approval for all communications with the public and distribute valid prospectus materials when discussing SEC-registered products. + **Engage in Consumer Education:** Facilitate consumer education and employee training sessions to promote financial literacy and raise awareness of available services. + **Report on Business Operations:** Collect and report key data on your business operations to maintain alignment with BECU’s strategic goals and objectives. + **Stay Knowledgeable on Regulations:** Stay up to date with all regulations affecting financial planning and investment services to ensure compliance and provide informed advice. + **Travel for Client Engagement:** Be available for moderate travel to meet with clients at various locations, including statewide or out-of-area trips, as needed. + **Additional Responsibilities:** Take on other duties as assigned, contributing to the broader success of BECU and its members.
