Joining Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor Team Manageryou will be responsible for leading 10-15 Financial Advisors (FA) that support clients within a call center environment. You will ensure that your team provides world class advice and guidance through active listening and monitoring of calls (inclusive of call recordings), performing FA assessments, assisting individuals and the team to meet / exceed performance goals.
Your FA team will provide financial planning and advice to a shared book of existing clients, working with their peers to ensure that clients receive a consistent, differentiated experience.
As the team manager you will work with the FAs to deepen relationships with clients through portfolio reviews, outbound campaigns, retention strategies and providing client solutions. You will also be engaged in hiring, coaching and retaining talent while managing risk and driving revenue growth. Doing these things consistently is a part of being an effective leader in this organization. The successful leader will create a climate where their team is motivated to do their best, hold themselves and their team accountable to meeting commitments and consistently achieving results, and anticipates client needs and prioritizes work accordingly to meet contact center service levels. Leaders also have the opportunity to influence and lead change within this growing organization.The Team Manager reports to the Sales Director.
