This role requires travel 75% of the time. The candidate may be located in the following major market cities: Minneapolis, Chicago, Denver, Orlando, Fort Worth, Atlanta or Miami.

What will you do?

Partner with branch, complex and divisional management teams to coordinate and execute a best-in-class onboarding experienceAssist field leadership throughout the new recruit hiring process— includes new hire requirements and book of business vetting Assist in the onboarding of new FAs, support staff and clientsAssist with integration of the new AOS platform into the onboarding process to accelerate account opening and the transition of client assets to RBC USWMEnhance the client experience by including other US Wealth Management key initiatives into the onboarding processDevelop, update and maintain resources used internally within the team and with the field—such as procedures, templates, checklists and other resources  

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Bachelor’s degree or job related experience1-3 years’ experience at a wealth management firmProven dedication to and focus on client serviceStrong communication skillsStrong ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership
 

 Nice-to-have

Demonstrated experience supporting financial advisors and client associates at a wealth management firmDemonstrated experience working with different functional groups at a wealth management firmSeries 7 and 66 (or ability to attain)

Denver Market: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - $85,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
