Financial Aid Consultant

We are assisting our client in their search for a Financial Aid Consultant to oversee and enhance financial aid operations. The role involves working closely with campus departments, managing financial aid processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the processing of student financial aid and ensure timely and accurate disbursement.Work with external partners to manage audits, appeals, and compliance with federal and state regulations.Maintain and update financial aid systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Develop and implement policies and procedures related to financial aid processes.Provide counseling to students and families on financial aid options and planning.Conduct informational sessions and workshops for students and families on financial aid topics.

Qualifications:
