This Financial Aid Representative position is based in the Chantilly, Virginia region and is a short-term temporary employment opportunity working on-site. The Financial Aid Representative’s role is to support students via inbound/outbound phone calls and email, assisting in answering common questions around university policies and procedures as they relate to all methods of payment, including, but not limited to, Federal Financial Aid, and billing.
