**Purpose:**
As a Financial Analyst, Associate, you will conduct or assist in the documentation of simple to moderate financial analyst projects. Your key responsibilities will include daily cash reconciliation, physician wRVU tracking, LBP tracking and reporting, financial service line analyses, month-end financial analysis, statistical reporting, assisting managers with financial questions, vacancy calculations, budget preparation, and regional reporting. This position will be based out of Somerset, PA.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in various financial systems.
+ Review costs and conduct cost-benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs.
+ Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
+ Assist in the analysis of financial data, extracting and defining relevant information to interpret past financial performance and project future financial probabilities.
+ Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
+ Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related business field required.
+ OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of related work experience.
+ Microsoft Office spreadsheet application and PeopleSoft General Ledger proficiency preferred. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
