Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting in the Director and Managers of Financial Analytics in managing the health systems key Financial Analytics tools and data.

Essential Functions:

Be an integral part of data reliability, detailed analysis and consistency of monthly data throughout the RWJBH Health SystemConduct/Assist in training to Directors/local site staff on StrataJazz for new releases of the product, new site lead training and rollout of new reportsAnalyze the financial metrics across the RWJBH systemPrepare and distribute executive team reporting packagesAnalyze data for opportunities by site across the system, evaluate findings to managementAssist in implementation and completion of any external benchmarking engagementUtilize external benchmarks to drive savings across the systemAssist assigned sites with budgeting process, including performing auditsAssist sites with rolling forecast process, auditing workbooks, answering site questions, reviewing forecast once sites complete, produce site reports for forecast reviewUtilize per unit of service reports to identify opportunities across the site

Job Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Finance in a related field required1-5 years experience in healthcare finance, preferably in budgeting and forecasting
