POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the FP&A Analyst III, the Financial Analyst/Incentive Compensation role primarily serves as a partner to Retail and Lending business units in providing data to help them with business and strategic decisions. The candidate will be focused on producing and analyzing financial metrics which drive the incentive plans of the Retail and Lending portfolio teams. Key responsibilities include incentive compensation modeling, and the assistance of business line reporting, budget, forecasting/modeling, profitability and strategic initiatives as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the processing of the quarterly incentive results/payouts via Axiom Software for the existing Retail Incentive Plans. Collaborates on the implementation/automation of the Lending Incentive results/payouts via the Axiom Software. Assists with the creation, data quality control and regular maintenance of Business Unit Reports/ Management Reports (primarily Retail & Lending related) in Axiom Software. Participates in special projects and other duties, including supporting the Company’s suite of financial systems, budget/forecast related tasks and evaluation of a new incentive modeling system. Collaborates with the Accounting team on data requests, variance analytics, reconciliations as needed, and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Three to 5 years of experience in a financial/compensation analysis or similar role Proficient with handling large sets of data Detailed-oriented, organized and able to work with various professional groups in a fast-paced environment Banking knowledge preferred BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or similar study Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of advanced formulas. Exceptional analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skill. Ability to interact with all levels through the organization.

Work is mainly performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels usually are moderate.
