The Stinger Finance organization within the Land and Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) Mission Area has an opportunity for a Senior Program Cost Controls Analyst (P2) to support the USG Stinger Missile Replenishment program. The Stinger missile system is a man-portable air defense system (MANPADS) designed to counter low-level, fixed wing, rotary wing, and unmanned aerial systems. Relocation assistance is not being provided._ **Responsibilities to Anticipate:** + Prepare weekly and monthly program reports + Support contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance including variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR, CFSR, CSDR) + ​Development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC) + Supporting the monthly forecast process which includes coordinating forecast updates with program stakeholders and updating Rplan + Providing support for internal/external program reviews + Ad-hoc support and analysis **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 2 years finance/accounting work experience + Experience with budgeting and/or forecasting + Experience with Microsoft tool suite + Experienced user of SAP software, SAP Business Warehouse, APEX, PRISM or equivalent systems + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
