This is an opportunity to join the Qualcomm Mobile business unit (BU) finance team. This position will focus on Finance support lead for our software, services, and tools businesses within the QCT mobile BU.
Support includes:
Analyzing BU performance, assessing key business metrics and analyzing drivers of financial performancePerform actual to budget forecast analysisDeep dive analysis into various elements of the financial statementsEstablishing pricing strategy and structure for new productsReview customer contractsCollaborate with cross-departmental teams including sales, product management, and legalBuild, improve, and maintain complex financial modelsSupport ad hoc financial modeling and presentation for new software, services, and tools initiativesSupport various ad hoc special projectsMinimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

• Works independently with minimal supervision.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$106,400.00 - $159,600.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
