Primary Responsibilities: 

Consolidate and support the creation of the budget, forecast, and monthly reporting for profit and cost centers Support leadership via comprehensive monthly reporting packages, and ad hoc reporting Advance data integrity through reconciliations and analytics Support growth opportunities with pro forma financial modeling and other data analysis Communicate with business partners to build relationships and understand financial results Leverage tools and technology to improve processes and create efficiencies

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field from reputable and accredited college/university 1+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting  Demonstrated solid understanding of financial statements Demonstrated ability to identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems Demonstrated ability to solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses Proven intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial reporting systems Experience in healthcare Proven problem solver, detail oriented, and reliable Proven solid communication skills

The salary range for this role is $49,300 to $96,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
