As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial, administrative, and project support for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine’s Sales & Service unit. Your responsibilities will include a range of essential financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Primary duties include:

• Prepare invoices and manage billing summaries using information from university ledgers and Online Financial Reports.

• Generate monthly sales and service reports, as well as departmental fund summaries.

• Reconcile ledgers and support fiscal year-end closing for assigned accounts.

• Audit financial documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with campus policies and procedures.

• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and assist with special projects as needed.

• Update and maintain the annual fee schedule.

• Provide consult income summaries and financial insights to stakeholders

Salary Range: $30.56 – $60.82/hour
