Join our team as a Financial Analyst 3, where you will provide critical financial, administrative, and project support for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine’s Sales & Service unit. Primary duties include:

• Submit and review annual Sales & Service fee schedules and fund applications.

• Monitor expenditures against operating budgets and generate financial reports.

• Process monthly reconciliations, journals, recharges, and billing for internal and external clients.

• Approve lab order requests and justify equipment purchases.

• Assist in drafting contracts, preparing budgets, and implementing new workflows.

• Provide financial insights, prepare invoices, and manage billing summaries.

• Support fiscal year-end closing and audit financial documents for compliance.

• Train new employees and contribute to special projects as needed.

Salary Range: $76,200.00 – $158,800.00/year
