Job Description Day to day: Perform financial forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and operational metrics tracking in support of financial cycles Manage and refresh quarter-end close processes including variance analysis and actuals vs. forecast reporting of Opex, Spend, headcount, Capex. Partner with Corporate Functions Stakeholders at all levels (including Executive VP Level) to roll up forecasts and gain business understanding of the key drivers. Development of new metrics, track Spend efficiency tied to company business drivers (I.e. Patents vs New Product Releases) Partner with Business Operations to help reform the system of record for Spend Mgmt. and Contract commitments Cross Functional Alignment with Financial analyst peers on projects/activities intersecting multiple organizations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or business-related field with 6+ years of experience OR Master's degree or equivalent certification (MBA, CPA, CFA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) with 4+ years' experience Foundational understanding of US GAAP Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships at all levels of the organization Experience in SAP R3/FI-CO and Business Warehouse Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and data visualization Able to crunch data, deep dive and paint a story/picture.
