We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and deployment of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with our existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain systems.

We are hiring a Financial Analyst who will play in a critical role in financial reporting and analysis within the organization. This individual is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring accurate financial forecasts.
In This Role\nPrepare and maintain regular financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements\nConduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and budgets \nCommunicate key financial insights to senior management \nGather and analyze financial data related to revenue, expenses, and external data \nIdentify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement \nCreate ad-hoc financial analysis as needed \nAssist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts \nCollaborate with departments to gather relevant data and assumptions \nMonitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments \nMaintain data transfers with in the budgeting and reporting tools \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team\nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\n Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field \n2+ years of related experience \nProficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools \nExperience in reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau \nAbility to multitask and deal with people and situations in a professional manner\nAbility to manage competing priorities, meet deliverables while building relationships with colleagues\n
