Summary/Objective

The Financial Analyst will support Rutter’s by synthesizing complex information and creating meaningful reporting and interpretation. This position is a critical link in the information chain as accuracy and application of analytical principles will impact spending and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed analysis supporting financial improvements across Rutter’s companies.Monitor business trends and provide ongoing support to all organizational levels & segments.Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly financial/business reports.Assists in the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range growth plans.Perform special project work and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.Provide management reports based on functional areas of responsibility.Identify expense areas, make recommendations for cost reductions.Develop and implement solutions for capturing and reporting information.Perform special project work and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems or Business Administration.2-4 years of experience in Data/Financial Analysis is preferred.Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server preferred.Excellent data mining skills with advanced Microsoft Excel modeling preferred.
