We offer a collaborative team environment, competitive salaries and benefit program, performance bonus incentives, and support for training and career development.  Responsibilities: * Perform financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. * Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. * Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. * Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. * Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. * Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. * Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools. * Perform General Ledger account reconciliations as needed. * Assist in the valuation process of F&V companies. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred. * 3+ years of accounting experience required. * Background in an engineering or construction firm strongly desired. * Highly proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft office applications, and Access is essential. * Strong technical skills to work with financial databases, software, and spreadsheets to manage financial data. * Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and financial analysis to analyze and interpret financial data. * Excellent communication skills to convey financial information and insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. * Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. * Experience with Deltek Vision strongly desired. * Excellent written and oral communication skills Apply today to join one of the 101 Best & Brightest companies to work for!
