Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesPrepares financial and business related analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.May be assigned analysis in support of organization's or subsidiary's/business unit's annual budget process, expense/service fee/staffing forecasts, or statistical reporting.Assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results.Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments.  Assists in the preparation of findings to be presented to senior management.Assists in the development of business policies.  Conducts special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in preparation of analyses.Performs other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Field of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.Experience: Generally, 2 to 4 years of related experience.  Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred.

Salary Range:

$65,500.00 -$88,550.00

The wage range for this job is based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, experience of the candidate, the role's scope, complexity, and other business and organizational needs. In addition to the base compensation, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package, which includes but is not limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) plan for full-time and part-time employees who are eligible for benefits.
