Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 1+ years of federal experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. An active Public Trust Clearance is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and other reports for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis efforts.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Provide recommendations for cost control, efficiency improvements, and financial performance enhancement.Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.1+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.Active Public Trust Clearance is mandatory.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.Knowledge of federal financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with government contracts or in a federal environment.Familiarity with financial management software and ERP systems.
