Financial Analyst Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting long-range financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and monthly financial performance analysis. This individual will assist in CAPEX and fixed asset planning, labor headcount forecasting, and provide in-depth P&L variance analysis, including revenue recognition and cost variances. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
