System One is assisting a Tulsa-based client with a search for a Financial Analyst.  This position works with a great team who excel in their areas of expertise.  Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities: Support company management and operational leadership by executing special projects including financial modeling and analysis, performing research and conclusions Coordinate the budget process working across the organization with different facilities Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis.  Manage the related planning and reporting software developing and distributing reports Support additional groups with financial analysis requests Provide cash flow forecasting, bank compliance and global reporting
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role requiring analytical thinking and problem solving Public accounting or cost accounting activities strongly preferred Financial modeling and forecasting experience highly preferred Advanced skills in Excel and other financial modeling tools Team player with ability to work well across the organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Salary:  $90K - $110K
