We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Supports the assigned contracting teams in all financial aspects for sourcing events. Works both independently and collaboratively to provide various financial and savings/opportunity analyses. This includes preparing market share data, analyzing vendor proposals and preparing detailed data for financial analyses. **Key Responsibilities** + Accurate and timely financial analysis of vendor pricing proposals + Effective communication of analysis results to contract management + Ongoing financial assistance as it relates to the management of purchasing agreements + Preparation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents **Duties (included but not limited to):** + Accurate and timely savings and opportunity analysis of vendor pricing proposals + Data cleansing and analysis of purchase histories obtained through Requests for Information and internal data sources + Support Sourcing team throughout vendor negotiations + Effective communication of results to finance and sourcing team leads + Ensure accuracy and completeness of detailed pricing files as related to contracting projects + Evaluate price and product amendments to purchasing agreements + Development of methodologies for performing financial and opportunity analysis of proposals and improving processes + Ad Hoc requests from management + Interacts daily with both internal and external individuals + Accepts feedback well and works to improve performance when needed + Performs other related duties as assigned **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** + Financial analysis and heavy attention to detail + Strong experience in MS Excel is required with Macros, Power Query, and Power Pivot experience preferred + Excellent communication (verbal and written) required + Excellent interpersonal skills + Organization skills required + Innovative and Self-Motivated **Education And Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or relevant field + 3-5 years of relevant experience HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center.
