US BD&FP Finance Analyst

Indianapolis, IN

As the US BD & FP Finance Analyst you will assist the Financial Manager in improving business performance. You will do this by focusing on value creation and governance, working in partnership with US BD&FP program teams. You will also help translate strategy into plans that improve business performance and provide financial analysis with insightful commentary.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Program Managers in achieving their 5-year plans and budget.Prepare journal entries as required for monthly close to ensure project revenue and costs are correct.Provide insights into variances to plans.Assist in the development and maintenance of long-term project and contract profit and cash planning.Maintain professional standards and compliance with all internal & external professional policies.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience, ORBachelor’s degree4 years of experience in lieu of degreeTo be considered for this role, you must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.Demonstrate understanding of IFRS accounting.Master’s degree
