Job Summary Title: Financial AnalystReports To: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Status: Salary Under the direction of the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will manage and drive improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Preparation of long-range plans, annual plans, and quarterly forecasts + Perform weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting + Prepare financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year results + Serve as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning + Develop KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboard + Ad Hoc projects involving analysis and reporting + Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 3+ years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experience + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to build relationships with other parts of the business + Strong business acumen and judgment + Ability to simplify and communicate financial issues with non-finance business partners + Proficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS Excel + CMA, CSCA, CPA, or MBA preferred + Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT + Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Professional presence is required + Occasional travel may be required WORK SCHEDULE The Financial Analyst position is a full-time, salaried position.
