Summary

Opportunity for an early career Financial Analyst to join Adient.

Responsibilities:

Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reports, including detailed comparison analysis for Actual vs Plan, Actual vs Forecast and Actual vs Prior year.Prepare consolidated monthly rolling forecast file, including comparison analysis for Current Forecast vs Prior Forecast, Current Forecast vs Plan and Current Forecast vs Prior year.Lead the annual Budget / Strategic plan development process:Coordinate with functional departments, operational teams to set up Budget / Strategic plan timeline and assist in consolidation of Plan goalsDevelop Review templateConsolidate financials and assist in developing presentation to CEO/CFO, VPs, and other Senior management.Continually improve forecast accuracy/efficiency for Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow.Assist with presentations for Board of Directors and Senior Management TeamAd-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

Requirements:

BA/BS Degree in Finance or Accounting. 0 - 3 years’ work experience in financial planning/analysis role with manufacturing backgroundStrong Microsoft office skills (especially in Excel)Experience with Hyperion Smart View preferred but not requiredStrong financial analysis skillsDemonstrate ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teamsAbility to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
