Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Allegan, Michigan. This role operates within the financial services sector, focusing on accounting software systems, customer relationship management (CRM), and data mining techniques. Responsibilities: • Manage and analyze financial data using software systems such as Crystal Reports • Apply data mining techniques to extract insights and support decision-making processes • Handle accounting functions and accrual accounting practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Perform auditing tasks to verify the integrity of financial operations and data • Participate in budget processes, contributing to the planning and forecasting of financial resources • Manage capital, optimizing its allocation and usage for maximum return • Maintain customer credit records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate • Resolve customer inquiries related to their financial status and transactions • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on their status and behavior. Requirements • Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Software Systems • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Familiarity with Crystal Reports for generating reports from a range of data sources • Ability to use Data Mining Techniques for analyzing patterns in large batches of data • Knowledge of Accounting Functions and their applications in financial analysis • Experience with Accrual Accounting, understanding the revenue and expenses recognition principle • Skills in Auditing, ensuring the accuracy and legality of financial records • Familiarity with Budget Processes, understanding the steps in budgeting process • Proficiency in Capital Management, ensuring financial sustainability and growth of the organization.
