Description Emily Krous with Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst to join her clients team based in Sacramento, California. The Financial Analyst will be a crucial part of our organization, focusing on finance and sales reporting as well as managing contracts of the sales group. This is a senior level role and requires 5-10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst • Undertake leadership responsibilities within the organization, contributing to strategic decision-making processes • Manage and execute finance-related tasks, including the reconciliation of sales and commissions • Develop comprehensive sales reports for various groups and leadership, as well as ad hoc reports as required • Validate the accuracy of sales and commissions attributed to the organization • Calculate and distribute monthly commissions to sales groups • Construct future business models, perform what-if scenarios, and prepare business plans as needed • Employ data mining techniques to extract valuable information for decision-making • Perform auditing tasks and manage budget processes as part of accounting functions • Engage in capital management and ensure adherence to accrual accounting principles. Requirements • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial sector • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to handle large volumes of data and convert it into meaningful analysis • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
