The Financial Analyst will be focused on supporting the FP&A group in the analysis of financial results, budgeting/ forecasting as well as long-term planning and financial modeling. This individual will utilize strong business acumen and a dynamic personality to interact with management and numerous business teams on multiple projects to drive performance and support company initiatives. The Financial Analyst will utilize a thorough knowledge of business and financial concepts as well as financial statements to support the mission of the Accounting and Finance Departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Performs ad-hoc analysis to support strategy initiatives and special projects.
•Provides metrics and KPI’s that improve the key drivers of operations and enable effective management, decision-making and execution.
•Compiles and analyzes financial information using a variety of reporting tools.
•Performs analysis, financial planning and provides recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic goals.
•Assists with the monthly close process including variance analysis, and the creation and distribution of monthly reporting package.
•Analyzes reports and accounts to ensure financial information has been accurately recorded.
•Identifies trends and developments in business performance and reports them to management.
•Supports Business Unit leaders in establishing performance related metrics.
