Job Title: Entry Level Financial Analyst
Job Description
+ Provide reporting that offers visibility to financial results and current trends.
+ Develop and deploy short and long-term plans to improve profitability and operating results.
+ Execute insightful analyses and KPIs to determine the performance of the distribution network.
+ Convert data into actionable information and recommendations to accomplish strategic initiatives.
+ Develop an understanding of databases and analytical software to construct tools and analyses.
+ Conduct research on industry trends and relevant impacts on the operations of facilities.
+ Work independently and within cross-functional teams on special non-recurring and ongoing projects.
+ Assist in various other ad hoc analyses and modeling as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting
+ Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and formulas
+ Experience with financial modeling
+ Knowledge of KPIs and performance analysis
+ Strong financial reporting skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 0-2 years of business, finance, or relevant experience preferred
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, or Economics
+ Strong analytical and data query/data management skills (Access, SQL, Business Intelligence) is a plus
Work Environment
Corporate office setting at headquarters with a lot of growth potential. Collaboration with the Accounting team and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and improve interdepartmental collaboration.
