Koniag Data Solutions (KDS) has an opening for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of an experienced Financial Program Analyst for our customer in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

**_Position Overview:_**
The Financial Program Analyst will support the JPEO using the Army’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. They will serve as an expert consultant and provide integrated financial management support services for internal and external customers specifically in support of foreign military sales. Typical responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:
+ Plans, monitors, organizes, and directs financial management activities
+ Develop, prepare and coordinates reviews while serving as a financial analyst advising on the financial management activities related to management of Foreign Military Sales - Admin
+ Analyzes, develops, monitors, and evaluates policies, procedures, regulations and system outputs that support the financial management of FMS-Admin
+ Establishes internal policies and standard operating procedures for the finance functions associated with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of FMS-Admin
+ Researches and determines or recommends appropriate actions surrounding issues impacting planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of FMS-Admin
+ Interpret data from various systems to obtain data and conduct analysis
**_Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:_**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited University
+ Must have experience with the Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
+ Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience with financial management equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to 3 years GS-12 if outside the Federal service.
+ Specialized experience is defined as 1) Applying knowledge and skills to multiple functions and services including finance, budget, labor, cost analysis and management functions to develop and manage financial management operating procedures and policies; 2) Utilizing automated financial systems to monitor, track, report on planning, programming, budgeting and execution.
+ Qualified applicants must also possess the quality of experience as it relates to how closely or to what extent an applicant's background, recency of experience, education, and training are relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the announced position. Candidates must clearly demonstrate the possession of competencies necessary to successfully perform the work of the position at the appropriate level to be qualified for the position.
+ Military experience preferred.
+ Must have worked in the US for the past 2 years.
+ Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
**Working Environment & Conditions**
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
