职位介绍：

在这个职位上，您将充分发挥全局观，整合全公司的财务信息。您将有机会就公司整体财务状况及未来计划直接向领导层做出报告，学习如何把财务数据转化成商业语言，用专业分析和独到见解辅助管理层做出关键业务决策，并协助股东沟通。您将在此岗位上学习到有助于您未来职业发展的关键财务和商业技能。

工作内容：

与内部及外部各部门就业务表现和业务指标的趋势进行沟通，为公司的财务计划（如全年经营预算、月度滚动预测、长期经营计划、资产投资计划等）提供财务数据整合与战略性分析的支持；对财务预测情况及实际发生额进行比对分析，以解释业务差异原因供管理层审阅；根据业务需求，维护并持续优化财务分析模型，确保在期限内高质量地完成各种分析报告，以支持关键业务决策；支持与公司管理层及股东沟通财务情况的工作，包括制作定期报告、提供各类数据支持、参加重要会议并做出汇报等；支持其他临时项目和分析工作。

我们希望您：

1-2年财务或商业分析、财务规划或战略计划相关领域工作经验；本科或硕士，财务、金融或会计相关专业；熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint；具备搭建、分析并清楚阐述财务报表和预测的能力；注重细节，适应性强，能够在快节奏的工作环境和压力下对多项工作进行优先级管理，并高质量完成任务；较强的沟通能力，团队合作精神，有能力进行跨部门协作；批判性思维，诚信正直，责任感突出；积极主动，充满自信；流利的英语，包括听说读写；有数据处理和可视化相关经验者优先，如掌握Tableau、PowerBI等的使用；有合资企业财务整合相关经验者优先。

Financial Analyst

Line of Business: Operations Finance – FP&A

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary：

In this role, you will have a holistic financial view and integrate financial information across the company. You will have the opportunity to present to the company's leadership team on overall financial performance, forecasting and future planning, learn how to convert financial data into business language, and use professional analysis and impeccable insights to support key decision-makings and shareholder communications. You will be able to develop advanced business acumen and finance skill sets that you can leverage in your future career development.

Key Responsibilities：

Deliver communications on business performance trends and business drivers to internal and external stakeholders and support financial data consolidation with strategic analysis to frame up company's financial plans (eg. Annual Operating Plan/Budgeting, monthly rolling forecast, Long Term Plan, capital planning etc.);Perform variance analysis for actuals versus forecast that articulate business rationale as to support management review;Maintain and continuously improve financial models and analyses as needed, ensure the quality of various financial analyses and reporting within the set timeline, as to support key business decisions;Support communications on financial performance to senior management and shareholders through regular reporting, various data support, and presentation in critical meetings;Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis.

Required Qualifications：

1-2 years of relevant professional work experience in financial or business analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis or strategic planning related functions;Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting;Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint;Ability to build, analyze and interpret financial reports and projections with clear logic;Detail-oriented, adaptive to changes and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment under pressure;Strong communication skills, a team player, ability to coordinate across teams;High integrity and strong sense of responsibility;Highly motivated, self-starter, confident;Excellent written and verbal English Language skills;Data processing and visualization experience with skills in Tableau or PowerBI preferred;Finance consolidation experience with joint venture preferred.
