Reports To:     Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Under the direction of the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will manage and drive improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of long-range plans, annual plans, and quarterly forecastsPerform weekly cash flow analysis and forecastingPrepare financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year resultsServe as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planningDevelop KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboardAd Hoc projects involving analysis and reportingOther duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build relationships with other parts of the business Strong business acumen and judgmentAbility to simplify and communicate financial issues with non-finance business partnersProficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS ExcelCMA, CSCA, CPA, or MBA preferredGreat Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred

Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time   Ability to work independently and in a team environmentProfessional presence is requiredOccasional travel may be required
